The hull floors need to be leveled with cross beams and stringers to support the flooring. Floor supports are attached to the hull stringers.

Extra bulkheads are added to the hulls to divide up the accommodation space and create the final layout.
Access stairs are fixed in place. These are made from timber recovered from the original strong back frame. Spray foam insulation is applied behind the hull inner skin. This will prevent condensation. The gaps in the cabin floor can then be filled.
